We are now accepting resumes for the following positions:

Environmental Technician / Field Technician

This positions is a full time, entry level position.  Bachelor of Science Degree in a science discipline: geology, environmental, biology, etc. is preferred, though not necessary.

Skills/Knowledge include: Computer Skills: Word, Excel, Outlook; Proficient with field equipment: PID,drill rigs, data loggers, etc.; knowledgeable of field protocols, willing to increase training in new procedures. Professional certification aspirations, a plus. OSHA 40 hour/PA UST certifications, a plus.  A clean driving record required.

Duties: Groundwater and soil sample collection, geological/hydrogeological investigations, remediation system operation and maintenance, assistance in drilling operations, care and maintenance of field equipment, environmental site assessments, assistance with aquifer and pilot testing, assistance with storage tank projects.

Environmental Scientist

This mid-level position requires a Bachelor's Degree in Geology or related Science, Geology preferred.  Prospective applicants should have 1-3 years staff level experience in site characterizations, subsurface investigations, PA Brownfields work, underground / aboveground storage tanks, groundwater / soil sampling and analysis, remediation systems, and report writing in all of the above.

Skills/Knowledge include: Excellent verbal, written, organization and computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, Drafting), OSHA 40 hour/PA UST / Asbestos certifications and or Professional Geologist a plus.  Valid drivers license and clean driving record required.

Driller Helper / Field Technician

We have a position available for a field technician / driller helper for our consulting department.  Duties include groundwater and soil sample collection, installation of monitoring wells and soil borings, maintenance and operation of the company drill rigs (Geopgrobe and Acker Soil Scout), utility location unit and other field equipment, remediation system construction, installation and maintenance.

Skills/Knowledge: Basic computer skills (Word, Outlook) and good communication skills required. Heavy equipment operation (i.e. drill rigs) experience and/or a Class B CDL license, a plus. OSHA 40 hour certification, a plus.  A valid drivers license and clean driving record, a must.  40 plus hour work week including travel - Monday - Friday.
